Turning Rolls provide the ability to rotate round material for preheating, welding, cutting, bevelling, or cleaning. Units are sold in pairs consisting of one drive and one idler. Auxiliary Idlers are also available.

Standard wheels are cast polyurethane though optional steel/iron or churned wheels are offered. Some turning roll models include a top clamp to encourage steady rotation and to prevent slippage due to the material being rotated. Dual-Axle drive systems are also available.

We also manufacture custom turning rolls for applications outside our standard products. OEM designs can also be modifies to satisfy a variety of requirements. Other Options also avalable.
