Hard Welding Automation

This Stainless Steel automation system combined our standard BP-1000 welding positioner with our typical Stage 4 Automation package. A tig welding process was activated through a pneumatic torch holder controlled through our proprietary PLC program. Operators can manipulate welding cycle parameters from a convenient HMI. Precise and repeatable processes can be saved in a memory databank for future recall.

Automated Overlay System

Our overlay systems can process work-pieces from few pounds to several thousands; a few inches or dozens of feet. We design and manufacture welding lathes and floor model equipment, side beams, manipulators and various complementary equipment like grippers, pipe stands, tailstocks (fixed or mobile). Well build machines couple with intuitive programming make our systems an easy yet effective way to increase your productivity.
